Brian Sfameni – Owner
With 29 years of extensive experience in the electrical field, Brian Sfameni decided to branch out on his own in 2015. While working with Tri-County Electric, Brian worked as a supervisor over numerous multi-million-dollar projects. His knowledge and background in the electrical industry along with his innovative style of managing a company has opened new doors for United Electrical Services. Brian's “family first” attitude towards all of his employees helps to create a great environment for all of his staff. As soon as the doors opened at UES, Brian has been growing the company and adding key assets from his supervisors in the field to his office personnel. UES is creating a culture that offers new challenges, trains employees, and has employees looking forward to come to work at UES.
Joey Pratt - Project Manager
Joey Pratt brings over 15 yeas of experience to UES. Joey has been working in the electrical field since graduating from Lewis County High School in 2004. After graduation, Joey started his career working as an apprentice for Murray's Electric. Joey's fast learning, determination, and overall knowledge lead to Joey getting the opportunity to fill a vital role with Tri-County Electric. After joining Tri-County, Joey quickly ascended within the company and started supervising his own projects. While working for Tri-County, Joey was able to obtain his Master Electrician Certification. Bringing his skills and knowledge to UES, Joey works with companies like Antero, CNX, Dominion, MarkWest, Rice, Columbia, and EQT. Joey has been successful in every role that he has taken on and brings that same enthusiasm, leadership and knowledge to United Electrical Services.
Vicki Cayton – Office Manager/Human Resources
With over 23 years’ experience in the oil & gas field, Vicki brings a vast background of knowledge and experience to the team. Vicki manages all aspects of Human Resources and Accounting including all payroll, AP/AR and all reporting. She coordinates all functions within the office including hiring office personnel, developing new company policies, purchasing supplies, scheduling, calendaring and event planning.
Michael Nicholson – Estimator
Michael has over 4 years of electrical estimating experience with UES. While working at UES, Michael has been responsible to help with the take off of projects, bidding process, change orders, and help managing projects. Michael will be involved with all aspects of the project from start to finish. Michael brings a great addition to the team.
Jonathan Tacy - Superintendent
Jonathan Tacy brings over 17 years of electrical experience to UES. After completing the licensing course at Fred Eberly Tech school Jonathan worked locally doing residential work with local electrical companies. After spending some time performing residential work, Jonathan left and went into the commercial sector. During his time in the commercial sector, Jonathan performed various jobs including schools, bus garages, large churches and banks. After working for Barnes and Brass, Jonathan left and went to Summit Electric. After working for Summit Electric for several years, Jonathan was presented an opportunity to start working in the oil & gas sector for Tri-County Electric. From there, Jonathan worked for Tri-County for 10 years, performing working on compressor stations, meter buildings and water plants. Jonathan has successfully completed projects for EQT, Rice Energy, Antero and is currently working for Columbia Gas.
